He has been an integral part of Zinwell Corporation from its very beginning. Being the chief founder of Zinwell office, he has been the nuclei of Zinwell for over 10 years now. Mr. Lin has total of 23 years of experience. Under his leadership and guidance Zinwell has emerged as one of the most successful manufacturing industry for digital satellite products. Mr. Lin is spearheading strategies that support Zinwells mission of venturing into "Next Generation Technology" and "Building Better Relationships" in each individual branch and business operation. 	River Chiang, Sales Vice President - Zinwell Hsinchu Mr. Chiang is the Vice President Sales for Asia, Middle East, North Africa, Australia and New Zealand regions. He has served as Director Sales since 10 years now. Under Mr. Chiang, Zinwell Corporation emerged as one of the industries strongest competitor for Satellite Transmission products. 	Chester Wu, Director Sales - Zinwell Hsinchu Mr. Wu is the Director Sales for Europe, Africa and America regions. He has served as Director Sales for over 10 years. He is responsible for overseeing consumer sales operations and directing the company's position as a global leader in delivering next generation digital transmission products and services. Under his guidance, Zinwell products have far outpaced the performance of every major industry competitor and outdistanced the major indices by significant margins. Under his leadership sales in Europe/America increased drastically.

	Paul Wu, Senior Manager Multimedia Network Department - Zinwell Hsinchu Mr. Wu is the Senior Manager of Multimedia & Network Department in Zinwell. He has served in Zinwell for over 12 years. He heads a team responsible for identification, assessment and enhancement of leading edge multimedia & network technologies. The scope of his responsibilities includes current and future generations of Broadband, Wi-Fi, MoCA, OTT and Multimedia products. He is responsible for developing new sales channels, directing and managing strategic business & technical partnerships for Zinwell. Mr. Wu played a key role in the development and execution of Zinwell's partnering strategy, OEM / ODM solution development, and customer management initiatives.

	Tommy Cheung , VSAT Sales Manager - Zinwell Hsinchu Mr. Cheung is the VSAT Sales manager and has served in Zinwell for over 5 years. He has developed extensive working relationships with many global customers, and has been instrumental in reshaping the VSAT products in Zinwell. He champions diversity both within and outside the company, and under his leadership Zinwell's commitment to diversity in VSAT products has been widely recognized. In addition, he oversees a group providing VSAT solutions for Zinwells commercial VSAT customers.

	Director for MultiMedia and Network Products - Zinwell Hsinchu Mr. Tsai is the Director for Multimedia and Network products. His leadership and vision has helped Zinwell become one of the world's most recognized and trusted brand in Multimedia and Network industry. He has an overall experience of 15 years in digital products including RF and Wireless technologies. He brings with him experience in a wide variety of wireless industries, which has proved an invaluable asset to ensure continual innovation in everything that we do. Mr. Tsai holds an Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from a reputed technical university in Taiwan.

	Tim Chen , LNBF R&D Head - Zinwell Hsinchu Mr. Chen is the LNBF R&D Head and has served in Zinwell for over 8 years. He shares oversight of, and responsibility for, all of the corporation��s LNBF operations, restructuring of the NBF units, and developing new growth opportunities. Under his leadership, Zinwell substantially increased the size and scope of its domestic and international LNBF businesses.

	Jacky Chung, Technical Director - Zinwell Hsinchu Mr. Chuang is a STB Technical Director, who has been serving in Zinwell for more than 15 years. He is mainly focus on sourcing new STB chip-set solution, CA security processing and improving production process for creating new competitive & qualified STB products.

	Jonathan Wang, Director for STB Products - Zinwell Hsinchu Mr. Wang is the Hardware head for STB products. He has served for over 7 years in Zinwell. With his rich global technical experience encompassing almost all levels of hardware engineering, Mr. Wang is responsible for driving Hardware technology at Zinwell. His responsibilities include defining the company's hardware technology roadmap, leading a team that creates the architecture and builds architectural components, leveraging new technologies and enhancing the skills of the hardware technical teams at Zinwell. He combines academic and research excellence for his Hardware planning. He has earned Bachelors degree in Engineering from Taiwan University of Science and Technology.

	Haiyu Jiang, Software Manager for STB Products - Zinwell Hsinchu Mr. Jiang is the Senior Manager of Innovative Products department in Zinwell. He has earned his Bachelor degree in Computer and Information Science from National Chiao-Tung University and Master degree in Computer Science from National Tsing-Hua University. He has an overall experience of 20 years in software technology. Mr. Jiang harnessed the power of esoteric embedded technologies for practical business purposes to create a powerful Zinwell Technical framework which would help Zinwell unlock huge savings from its software technology. Zinwell, today, stands as the industry leader in its business space.

	Y.C Liu , Head Quality Assurance and GP & RoHS Regulation - Zinwell Hsinchu Mr. Liu is the head of Quality Assurance Division. He is responsible for implementing and overseeing an appropriate standard of Quality Assurance and Safety in Zinwell. He ensures that company is adhering to Green Policy and Restriction of Hazardous Substances Regulation Directive. He has established a process for re-verification of all critical documents to ensure data integrity across the company.

	Gino Hsih, President - Zinwell Shenzhen, China Mr. Hsih is the President of Zinwell Shenzhen factory in China. He has been a part of Zinwell for over 10 years. He oversees the overall growth of the Company. Mr. Hsih is responsible for the development, marketing, management, construction and financial oversight of a diversified portfolio consisting of architecting, managing and delivering the product development roadmap and brand communication strategies for Zinwell China. Leading a management team of fine specialists, he is focused on establishing Zinwell as a category leader in satellite transmission products.
